does anyone know how to do this?

this is an excerpt from a norton systemworks email bulletin i received. i've encounter this "alt-b" keystroke before, but could never figure out how to close the app after switching to it. that is, without using the end task button.

"Close all other open applications first by task-switching among them using Alt-Tab. DO NOT use the Close Program dialog box's End Task button to do this, or you could lose information in system files."

:)
