CEASE TRADE LIFTED!

Glad SI is finally back up. Couldn't post this news or respond to your last message, Drex, though saw it at Stockhouse. You'll have a hard time sleeping now! The Alberta Securities Commission sent out this news release yesterday. It's the one we've been waiting for a long time.

Attention Business Editors:
Alberta Securities Commission - Cease Trade Order Revoked

EDMONTON, July 6 /CNW/ - A Cease Trade Order dated April 2, 1998 against:

Vescan Equities Inc.

has been revoked effective July 6, 1999.
The Alberta Securities Commission is the industry funded regulatory agency responsible for administering the Alberta Securities Act. Its mission is to foster a fair and efficient capital market in Alberta and, together with the other members of the Canadian Securities Administrators, develop and operate the Canadian Securities Regulatory System.

New Directors got the job done like they said they would. (Too bad Ross didn't file the reports he should have, instead of putting us though all this delay for no reason. The guy was a C.A. to boot). All I can say is, hats off to the new guys for getting this done.

Probably will be communicated to the CDN Exchange soon, I'd watch for today or tomorrow for the bureaucrats to flick the switch, then WE ARE TRADING! Sweet day for everybody.
