I may be wrong..just IMO, so do your own research.

I veiw this as the final test of some concrete bottom before we begin to move higher on a consistent basis. Not sure how low or how long it lasts and am not all that concerned at this point.

We have a winner, no longer a matter of IF, just a matter of WHEN.
