Mind you, CSFB is the same outfit that has had SELL ratings since 5/24 on:

ONE (then 59.50, now 61)
C (then 45, now 48)
CMB (then 79, now 85.50)
JPM (then 138.50, now 144.50)

and this in an industry where you don't say "sell" unless you MEAN it.
