re: TSCM. I don't know about Greenberg, but Lashinshky hasn't ever written a word I"ve found useful. He's a recycled gossip columnist from our local paper, the San Jose Mercury News. His specialty is "silicon valley insider" stuff, only it's often way off-base. For example, recently he was beating up Cisco in the paper for only having $18,000 per employee productivity, until a reader kindly wrote in explaining he was off by a few zeros. Another favorite of his is to pick an executive to "pick on" about their compensation/options - he has chosen some of the most inappropriate to pick on. Not exactly the sort of info I'm looking to pay for, to learn from ;) -Steve
