To All, Just got off the phone with my broker who very recently spoke with Mark Imperiale (Pres DBC). Mark said that they have executed a purchase of 200,000 of DBC as they stated they would in their most recent press release. They are going to continue with this pattern. They are also adding a net 1000 subscribers per month. The company is seriously considering spinning off ESignal in an IPO to the public. This could happen as early as the end of the year, much like they did with Marketwatch.com Rick Nazaruk
