Scumbria,

This, if true, would be an interesting development. However, this could be for chipsets and not for K7 itself. It may be tough for AMD to put K7 on yet another process even though UMC is apparently yielding well on Cu for the top 2 layers and Al for the remaining 4 for its 180nm process.
