Seems so at the moment.

On your other points:

1) I wouldnt put too much stock in PAIR's movements--theyre
back to where they were two weeks ago, still down substantially
from 43 high.

2) CAP has always been anticipated to be the '97 winner

3) 'buisness model' Good question. I think it has
more upside than awre's, but time will tell. I would
love to know the terms of just one of these deals. Its really
hard to value the company without knowing how much these things
are worth.
