If it keeps you happy to keep harping that "Indians... lull themselves into feeling that... Pakistan is bluffing about using nuclear weapons against India" then please continue. Please go take a look at some of the message boards where supposedly educated Indians (mostly from the USA but from India as well) are sayings things like, "Pakistan doesn't have the guts to launch a nuclear attack". Also go take a look at the "Hindutva" champions, and their publications such as "Panchajanya", where they seem "unable to understand" why India is not using its nuclear weapons and missiles to "solve the Pakistan problem once and for all". Yes, the Indians are lulling themselves into feeling secure and feeling superior. The emphasis is ONLY on how devastated Pakistan will be if it starts a nuclear war. They seem unable to comprehend what it may do to India. Looks like they don't mind being in rags as long as they can ensure that the other guy is naked!
