ESCONDIDO, Calif., July 7 /PRNewswire/ -- Virtual Gaming Enterprises, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: VGAMD) today announced the purchase of the master gaming license for the Commonwealth of Dominica.
The Commonwealth of Dominica is an Independent Parliamentary Republic located in the "British Virgin Islands."
