I think an even more compelling reason to buy CY is the insider purchases that occurred in the past few months. CY even loaned money to its executives so they could buy shares. When these insiders start to cash out, then would probably be the time to sell. The insider buying was timed so as to precede the rise in share price that has occcured recently.
