Thanks for the info... Always appreciated! So how do you interpret this one? Good or bad? Private placement means that CVR has a little more cash to work with, although 300,000 @ $1.65 doesn't translate into a serious drill program by anybody's standards. Do you know who it was being offered to or if anybody was even interested? This is where the lack of promotion becomes a serious problem. Nobody wants to throw more money at an apathetically managed company that treats its shareholders with disdain, and without the infusion of funds once in a while it's pretty difficult to sustain programs or enthusiasm.
