Paul,

I have been a lurker on this thread for about a year and appreciate the great info and discussion provided here. At times I have considered selling Intel on negative news but the info here has provided me with a good view to the future and thankfully I've stayed fully invested. However, two months ago, based on my concerns of an overheated tech market, I sold half my Intel above $63.00 to take some profits off the table. Intel at $50.00 a few weeks ago was to good to pass up on so I jumped back in. I wasn't expecting a bargain until well into the summer.

I believe there is short term merit to Niles' sell recommendation. Once Intel reports 2Q earnings, which I expect to be good, the price is likely to continue up for a bit and then most likely will come down again in the usual summer downturn. I am not much of a trader but will sell half again if there is a significant price run up and will buy back again in a slump. Intel's a great company and I will hold a long position unless the fundamentals change.

Thanks for all the great info you post here.

Jan
