There is one group very close to the company that says he is no longer involved and is probably a good part of the selling that brought the stock here, but who knows what the Truth is with this puppy. Just like any breakup, there's 3 sides to the story: his, hers and the Truth.

While the stock is clearly not as tight as they thought, the reality is this deal has not yet been approved. There has been no news. The company needs news. What's happening? When will the deal be approved, when can the promoters start talking about the vend in?

On the plus side, I'm led to believe the main promoters are still working hard to bring it together. As long as that's happening, I'm a believer. But like I said, I don't know what to believe with this stock anymore. Most guys are so far underwater they'll say anything. to
