1) Data privacy is a well covered topic. The design could allow users to encrypt data on the client side. You do not rely on the server to keep your data private. You trust a bank to hold all your money. Why can't you trust someone to hold your data? Some form of security system is required but was not mentioned in the virtual tour. This is part of the evolution of these apps the timeline for which is about 2 years; to get something commerically viable. 2) Most commercial web sites are much more stable than the Windows machine that you use now for word processing. You can't make the argument that a user's own machine is more stable. Look at EBAY ? Also I'm talking network availability and bandwidth. My ISP may be down or the net may be busy ... at the moment there is no guarantee of a web-tone. Cheers James
