Todd, love your bravado but it's still spring training. The Reg D buys us a season's ticket (at scalper's prices). If we go with Kerry's understanding from an earlier post >>>I believe that the shares are to be priced this week based upon the 5 day average for this week ( I could be wrong )multiplied by 1.2.<<< According to my abacus, the average closing price over the last 5 days is 4.11. Add the 20 percent and we get a conversion price of $4.93. Nice entry point. We raised 8.55 million at $4.93 per share. That adds 1.735 million shares...a dilution of 16.7%. We just bought 12 more months to make it happen. Rest well this weekend.
