I'm not sure. They want to but are aware of the fact that when someone is trying to smear you like that. you really only feed into the innuendo by responding publicly at all. For instance, look at CCSI. Over the weekend a known short was interviewed in Barrons and made some disparaging remarks about the company. Today, the company responded and the stock took another hit. I am sure they will give it a lot of thought but the issue is just stupid. The loan has been disclosed for many Q's in the 10Q's and the fact is. If the company they loaned to had paid their corporation tax. There would have been no such misleading headline.
