CMGI has 18% of Lycos. Lost my bookmark on Yahoo/CMGI, but I believe that the GeoCities deal was about $1 billion, which CMGI took in Yahoo stock. Current Yahoo cap around $38 billion, which would roughly translate into about 2 1/2 percent. I'm sure someone has the exact percentage, but I think I'm in the ballpark.
