I wanted to add that in looking at their last release of financial statements, they have 23 million in cash, 45 million in assets, 10 million in liabilities, 35 million in stockholder equity with 15.5 million shares outstanding. The CEO stated in February that they hoped to be profitable in the first half of this year. I would think the worst case scenerio would be that this company would be bought or merge with another company. It would seem to me that they do have technology that other companies would pay more than one dollar and change for.Their remote access products have gotten good reviews and it would seem to me that someone would be willing to buyout this company if OpenRoute/Proteon decides to go that way.
If one is willing to jump in this company can be had for less than stockholder equity value right now. My view is that if they increase revenues and get to break even this quarter or next this company is worth more than $1.875 per share and if they sell out or merge they are worth more than $1.875 per share, I am long and positive at todays prices.
If this was a tech company with no cash or assets or high debt one would probably bail out, but there is assets here for under 2 dollars per share.
