Matt we love to see you back in action on the Wire to Wire thread! So who won today's Wire to Wire Daily Stock Picking Competition?

What a race!!!

They just keep getting better and better. Here were today's competitors and here is how they did:

finance.yahoo.com;

APPI - MAGGIE MEADE - fl. unk. - .038 x .042 - #reply-10406551
Up 5%, nice job Maggie!

BANY - Jetta - Float 5.6 million - 1 1/32 x 1 1/8 - #reply-10394799
Down 3%, closed on the bid, so really no change! Better luck tomorrow Jetta....

CAOL - Khris Smith - Float 1.5 million - 9/16 x 5/8 - Big news coming!
Down 6% but maybe that news is still coming Khris so hang in there!

CHES - Popiye - Float 40 million - 0.53 x 0.54 - Acquisition News Coming!
Popiye came through with a huge spinach induced burst of power to win the OTC BB portion of the competition. CHES was up a whopping 122% today and we may still have news coming?

INTQ - CIMA - Float 5.6 million - 4 1/16 x 4 5/16 - #reply-10357717
INTQ took a small breather today, down 12 % despite the acquisition of direct media. biz.yahoo.com
Keep your chin up CIMA, looked like good news to me!

JTWO - Mo Green - Float 900K - 7 3/8 x 7 1/2 - Nat. Lampoon Online Coming! Mo Green, you are our other winner today with a huge 105% gain in Nasdaq stock... JTWO. You kept bringing this bargain back to our attention day after day and now it's paid off for you. Congratulations and don't forget to brag!

PTET - Fred Langford - Float 8 3/8 - 8 7/16 - Musicmaker.com
Fred you lost 11% on your pick today PTET but I'm sure it will be a Hit soon!

VRTL - Joe Copia - Float 19.6 million - 2 3/4 x 1 29/32 - #reply-10406922
Joe you did a nice job of finding a pick here that anyone could have ridden on momentum for a nice gain even after the gap today. VRTL was up 58% on the day!

XCLU - Dr Microcap - Float unknown - 29/32 x 15/16 - On momentum!
Dr Microcap, your pick XCLU was up 3% on the day. The stock has been on a sustained breakout and still looks good today!

I would like to thank all the competitors for offering their terrific stock picks to us all. Learn a lesson from Mo Green today my friends and continue to follow your own instincts to the end of the rainbow. That pot of gold was there everyday but it took many tries before Mo's pick finally paid off.

Tomorrow's competition is wide open! Just get your picks in before the opening bell and I will endeavor to keep the competition fun! Here are the rules for those who might not know them:

The rules are simple. The potential for gain on a daily basis is astonishing. Follow the contest and you will see. Enter to win bragging rights!

So do you have a stock you think will really fly today? Post your pick before the market opens as follows:

SYMBOL - Your name, or alias - estimated float of the stock - The closing bid and ask from the previous trading session.

Any additional information on the company and why you think it will fly during the next trading session will be welcomed by all.
The winning stock pick will be judged by the percentage gain over the previous days closing price.

Caution to all investors. Expect tremendous volatility in many of the stocks discussed here. Do not invest any money you cannot afford to lose. It is not necessary that you own a stock to enter it in the contest but please follow the rules in your post.

As always thank you for taking the time to share as much due diligence as possible.

Thanks, Jeff
