MM, Remember when Yahoo suddenly dropped Japan from the map of Asia? To get a Nikkei quote, one could link to Yahoo-Japan. That way they could score double hits and make Yahoo-Japan look good. I saw some comment that they stated they had problems with the data feeds, but using ^N225 there were never any problem getting a quote. IMO this was all a trick to increase the statistics. I am using Yahoo pager to show indices and a few stocks all day along. It is updating every minute or so and I wonder if they count every update as a hit. If that's the case, then I'm personally responsible for causing more than 100K hits a year. One last thing, everybody seems to be cheering a proforma 0.11, excluding this and that, but nobody seems to have any comments on -0.08 as a bottom line result. Who cares anyway? 11 cents beats 8 cents, that's all we need to know. Regards Per S
