jbe, PeopleSearch is available in a couple places: 1. You can select it from the drop-down SI Navigation menu at the top and bottom of each SI page. 2. In the footer bar, there is a search box. You can enter you search criteria and then select PeopleSearch from the drop-down menu next to it. (NOTE: Other folks have been confused by the functionality of this search box, so we're going to tweak it a bit). 3. If you wish, you can add PeopleSearch to your main toolbar with the Toolbar Customization feature. Regarding your suggestion to search back for an individual's posts. I'm a bit confused on this one, so I'm hoping you can clarify for me. When you click on a user's Profile, you get a list of recent posts made by that user - which I think is what you're asking for, unless I'm missing something? Do you want the ability to go further back in history? or to do a more detailed search, like the ability to find posts from Mr.SoandSo that mentioned XYZ company? Maybe it could be like a Search this Profile feature, sort of like the Search this Subject feature (which is coming back, by the way). Let me know if this is what you were thinking, or if you meant something else. Thanks...Bryan
