your favorites folder is located in the folder: "C:\windows\favorites" It would be easiest to copy this folder to a floppy and then when you get the new computer, just copy the whole folder into your "C:\windows" folder and your done. This will work as long as your "favorites" folder isn't too large for a floppy, although that would be an awful lot of bookmarks. As for the word documents, just open up each of them and use "save as" to save each to a floppy disk. watch your space available on the floppies and swap as needed. If any single file is too large for a floppy, then you could e-mail them to a friend and have them e-mail back to your new system. Hope I've helped.
