Anyone, if a BB company like this received a Billion Dollar contract why is it still at a buck. SOmething is not right here. I also here that they are coming out with news to help fund their contract.
I am not a investor (yet) but all PKDV PR's sounds good and see that they are constant with their news to the public. I would expect for this baby to be higher than $1. Can anybody fill me in on whats missing.
