Thank you. I can understand how this can be considered an error. But you don't know the capabilities of my mother in law, believe you me!

Firstly I had written to Aetna just after my wife informed me that the child had another father. I told them not to add the new child in writing. They never responded. (The "father" by the way disappeared, probably a front person set up by my mother in law. She has custody and opposes my adoption).

Further checking with my attorney informed me that there is no addition cost to me to add the child. He also added my adoption is opposed by the State of Connecticut. So a battle would cost too much.

The fraud comes in by, #1 My boss never added the child as is Aetna's own rule. #2 Aetna cannot profit from the child being added.

Choosing between leaving the child on my policy or telling my boss my wife is a drug addicted prostitute, I would choose to leave the child on. My boss is very class sensitive. (Educated marry the educated. Losers marry another loser, etc). The repercussions could be massive.
He will just assume that I'm not the person he thought I was, but just another looser that slipped by. Plus we disagree on almost every subject. We talk once a month for ten seconds at most.

Somebody did call me from Aetna and was will to circumvent the administrative removal. But if they don't. I'm not going to spend anymore time on the matter.
