Nynex charges about 1cent per 3mins. plus $34/mo.. But I think the ISP has to have a digital line to the POP room at the CO switch. Again unless someone has the fortitude of ELI the RBOC's will cut the market right out from under the little ISP's. Is ELI making any money? It would be interesting to see how they did what they did in SLC. Thanx for the response.
