Hi Jacalyn: I sent to SI the document you posted here and this is the
response I got:

While SI will make its best efforts to inform you of any lawful requests it
receives for identifying information, we are unable to provide the guarantee
you are looking for. SI does comply with lawful requests for information
about its members. Many of the subpoenas we receive from the government
prohibit us from informing SI members of the government's request for
information. Consequently, we cannot comply with your request.
