Ok Lonnie, sent the following to Mr. Caldwell, legal counsel @ SI:

Dear Mr. Caldwell, Silicon Investor is making "best efforts" that are inferior and ambiguous at best, I am writing to SI to inform them that any damages incurred by their negligent handling of release of private information shall be recoverable in full and reparations for such
incurred damages will be sought for violating privacy issues.

Also, what is Silicon Investor's definition of lawful request so I can narrow down the specific limitation Silicon Investor is defining; if it is beyond the scope of what a reasonable individual
would define lawful, then it is unacceptable in a court of law or matter of law. Privacy Act 1976 etc.....Silicon Investor is not at liberty to define its own version of what the lawful request constitutes. It is clearly defined, consequently they are obliged to make EVERY effort not its best efforts - as we have seen, people have been unduly, and perhaps negligently injured as a result of SI's "best" efforts.

This is just my opinion, but it is a serious problem. If Silicon Investor can't comply with these
privacy requests that are routine at 99% of the other servers, then Silicon Investor can kiss
my 60 bucks good bye and perhaps many others too. Not worth it.
