I sold my position in ECCC today. I wish everyone good luck and I hope the stock continues going north soon. However, I became nervous when I had trouble locating some of the reference distributors and the 10K release has been delayed. I felt that it would be in my best interest to take my profits and run. I have not called the company directly concerning these items to gain additional information.

Here are my questions/concerns.

Ameriking:

Ameriking operates 240 unit not 2000. ECCC indicated that Ameriking has the franchise rights to 2000. I am confused by this.

Chicago-edison Corporation:

They provide only technical support and (to me) appear not to be a distributor.

I can't locate U.S. Power Corp or Resorts International Services while doing a quick search on the web.

Again this is just my opinion and I am posting to provide rounded information.
