I still don't understand the point of Harmon's "Ones to Watch" list- is it a "buy" list or just a "look at these" list? If you really followed his advice, you would watch all those stocks go up and down, and never actually buy any of them.

He takes credit for it as though it were a buy list, but it isn't.

I have posted this issue several times on the Harmon thread, and no one there can give me a straight answer.
