Meisterama, thanks for the update!!! It is encouraging that someone has taken the time to do research and post it. This board has been relatively quiet re: positive information about ABMI. It would be even more encouraging if ABMI management would post positive information, but that occurs only too infrequently. Thanks again. the cat
