I made a nice chunk of money off HITT. Got in when it was being hyped, but kept a hair trigger on it, as I suspected the worse. Did post at one point about the positives for the stock price (vs. the company) by the intent to advertise on Rush Limbaugh's radio program. Got out the second the negative news about the people behind company started coming out, with a big profit. In other words, I never fell in love with the stock.
I am a long time investor, a trial lawyer and a hater of scams and frauds. If these people ever get around to serving you or any one else in this crazy suit, which I doubt will happen, I will be more than happy to assist you as a witness, etc. Truth is a defense, and I don't recall anything said by anyone to be untrue, especially when compared to the hype of the people who are defending this stock. I would love to do he discovery on this case, deposing Reed, Bob Smith, etc., etc.
