you made me re-read the article myself.. agree- does not give money being loaned,just amount clve is paying for their aquistion and they have up to 5 years to determine cash in.. heck if david has his way,they would sell off at the end of the month.. makes you wonder if good business men like clve would want that to happen..might not see that dollar this month..
