In my uninformed opinion it would also appear that offering more shares to the general market place could have a negative effect on existing shares via dilution. The only reason for such an offering would be to raise cash, I suppose, for expansion or acquisition purposes; however, using such shares as currency to purchase goods and/or services might tend to be held by the recipient in anticipation of value growth. Curious as to how they will be used.
