What is the signifigance of July 15th for your selloff date? July 15 is smack dab in the middle of the earnings season. . . so when particular stocks are at their highest according to their earnings reports. . .I will be a seller. . . . Technically, April 15 was about 2 days late for the market top. . .

I believe the market in July is earnings report driven as it was in April. . . If so, by July 25, it will be too late to sell. . . the declines are very broad and very fast.

I want out at the high and I want to be the FIRST one out.
