All kidding aside. It was not my intent to imply anything in particular. But this was information I hadn't seen before, so I figured I'd get some response. Yes, Reg D type financing is nasty and I wouldn't be here if anything like that were afoot. But what's happening to the stock price looks so much like skillful and deliberate shorting that you'd almost think someone was looking for a lower price in order to convert some shares that were part of a financing deal. If M-D was so pissed about losing the deal, maybe they really are attacking with a vengeance. Cuz it ain't all those 144s from January-Feb-March. Don't you have to sell 144 shares within 30 days or refile anyway?
