Lawrence Burg: OT. DAIO. Don't follow it much. I bought DAIO @ 2 1/2 and TCSI @ 2 13/32 on Jan 25. My reasoning then was that I calculated net-net values of $3.53 and 2.46 respectively. Both companies appeared to me to be tech stocks with lots of cash and little long term debt. I split my purchase between the companies to provide an additonal margin of safety (diversification).

Doesn't seem to be working though!

If DAIO can stem its losses, buying for cash alone might work out very well. (That is, $1.50 might be a very good price.)

Meanwhile, I'm still holding my shares.
