not sure if this has been posted:

NetGravity shares have fallen substantially since April 13, when they hit a high of $66.875. U.S. Bancorp Piper Jaffray analyst Hany Nada attributed the recent decline to investor perception that NetGravity is losing customers to rivals DoubleClick and AdForce Inc., a trend reported by Forbes magazine in May. Nada said NetGravity has taken some clients away from DoubleClick and AdForce, but hasn't publicized the moves. In recent weeks, NetGravity has announced deals with a unit of Sony Corp. and several Latin American firms.
