Hey maybe you can tell me how much methane gas an averaged sized cow produces in 24 hrs. I am trying calculate the amount of biomass needed to run a SOFC. The problem is we are running out of arable land and now that methanol has been declared a toxic hazard in the States some clown figures that ethanol could replace it. However similar to methanol the amount of pollution caused by making this stuff makes the Environmental Protection Agency upset, besides we need the food to feed ourselves not cars.

Check out the Methanol Institute's reports that's where I learned the facts; that methanol and ethanol has only 1/3 of the energy value of natural gas at 10 times the price. I hope MX pays their Canadian tax bill soon it's up to 95 million with interest according to Revenue Canada.
