We can assume that 100% is not a sustained growth rate, but maybe 30% to 40% would be for possibly up to a year or more.

TSIS turned about $230k profit in the 3rd qtr (4/99) so if they do the same/better for 4th qtr (7/99), 1st qtr (10/99) and 2nd qtr (1/00) that could be about $1m to $1.5m net, so Don's 5 cents on 30m shares is reasonable.

Using a 30 to 40 PE would give $1.50 to $2.00 pricing by 3/15/00 when they report the 2nd qtr (1/00) numbers. I would hope for this pricing sooner based upon the completion (10-11/99) of the 10-SB to become fully reporting and three profitable quarters by then.
