Ray: I talked to Harken and asked them how much per day we can expect per well from Bolivar. Remember the report stated 20K per well but an analyst at Jeffries who is personally heavily underwater with HEC, was told that he should expect 5K per day per well. I got no satisfactory explanation for the discrepancy. The good news is that they are inviting bids for the pipeline. When that is turned on things should get better in every respect except the guerilla situation. If that doesn't explode, we will be made whole in time. I'm in Europe and enjoying it.
