no,i did not say that..i am just pointing out that the ceiling is one dollar.. means the company can do no better than collecting up to one dollar a share for their loan..so if your prediction is right,the company would be fools not to cash in at the earliest time.. that is why i do not think the company believes that dollar is coming this month..that is all i am saying
