My only thoughts on the contrary is the actions of ASML. Its been on fire and @ 60ish I can see CYMI going to $40ish. Remember when ASML went to $45 early in the year CYMI had the delayed run to $29. I know its not a logical analysis but with a good earnings report and guidance with SOX maintaining its strength (big if here) its possible.

Of course we can be like January and see a retracement after the end of the month (august retracement only)
