Alain,
Yes, I use Green Line.
I have had it happen to me where some how you don't get confirmation back till the next morning (via phone). Sometimes mistakes are made and they don't catch them until their transaction accounts don't balance after close. In the case of the stock already sold the day before, You can't do much. I assume the stock traded at your sell price the day before? If you have a service like stockwatch you can check the ranges and time the prices on the interday chart. If you are saying they sold them the day you cancelled the sell order at 7AM, you should be able to demand they but the shares back. Two and a half hours to process your order is not your problem but their's.
Hope that helps and best of luck.

A partir d'haujourd'hui j'imprime tous mes ordres.

Bonne journée.

Alain
