JP you are right. I never ment to say that you said the insiders would dump. I'm just trying to look at all poss. outcomes here and thank you for letting me do so. I plan on holding NPEC till the end, and have done so for almost a year. But if the price takes a big jump up only to look as if it might go back down quickly I might look to increase my share count. I don't feel NP is a scam nor do I think the price will stay belo $1 for ever. Thanks Dave AT
