LARGE METEOR HITS NEW ZEALAND!

DATELINE: NEW ZEALAND. Teresa George reporting...

In what some are calling the precursor to the Comet Lee strike late this summer in the Northern Hemisphere, a large carbonaceous meteor struck the country of New Zealand last night.

The meteor left a large, smoky trail. It was spotted by airline pilots as it zoomed through the atmosphere in a fiery descent. In its wake it left a shimmering blue haze that spread out over 100s of miles. The force of the impact was felt by 100,000s as it tore a ragged crater deep into the Earth. Scientists and the curious are rushing to get a piece of this celestial wanderer that chose to make this planet its final resting place."
