Tom and/or anyone who might know. I recently received a notification that owners of record between 7/94 and 1/5/95 (and numerous other buy and sale dates) be eligible for sharing in a settlement fund of $2.75 million. Fortunately or unfortunately, I invested later than that. What is the settlement fund for (other than violating some 1933 SEC rule). Can anyone explain in english (not legalese) what happened in December 94-Jan 95 that caused this legal action to be levied agains QKTN? Have I missed something that everyone else knows about??? Awaiting all replies/responses.....
