And please note that in NTBK's case it is growth...where as a Wells Fargo is just a movement within their current customer base to a new method of distribution within the same bank...ie it's not growth...it's movement.

So now that they have 'moved/shifted' why or actually how long will it be once these folks get internet trained do they stay with a brick & mortar collosis that offers them nothing measuribly competitive to what a Pure e-bank offers....Bank One gets it...the rest seem to want to play the same game out here in the wild-wild-internet that they play on main street everyday. So how long will they keep them I wonder now that they are shifting? Seems to be a bet that 32 Million Households are going to stay stupid beyond 2003.
