I and several others here have had good experience with
Adaptec Easy CD Creator.

So far Easy CD Creator has been my preference over CD Direct for quick data storing simply because I can't get CD Direct formated disks to be reaccessible. In Cd Direct if, after copying some files, I eject the disk and reinsert it, the 'CD Is Ready' window comes up alright but then an incorrect parameter/ drive is inaccessible message comes up when I click on the drive. The only way I've found to make the disk accessible again is to reformat and lose all previous written files. My attempts have all been with RW media. Maybe I should try CD-R media as well.

I know its hard to believe...but I'm not doing something right and can't seem to find out what from the docs.

So..assuming I get CD Direct working.. under what circumstances, other than personal preferences, should I use CD Direct for data transfers as opposed to Easy CD Creator and vice versa?

BTW Thanks for the Stick-It Right labelling sw review. I ordered a copy.

Clarence
