A very poor analogy, Dave. AZNT/RETN never had any kind of negotiations in the works with Sweet Factory, according to SF CEO Bob Bell. Bell said to me that he'd never heard of Kevin Vander Kelen. Yet the company announced that AZNT products would be sold in 250 Sweet Factory outlets. That wasn't, ah, TRUE, Dave. We called to find out whether it was or not. Confirming the contents of a press release is not libel, nor is it harassment.
